The Flu and H1N1

All of this hype about the flu, particularly the Swine Flu or as it's professionally known as the H1N1 virus is nothing to get afraid of. There are medical doctors on both sides of the fence telling you that the H1N1 vaccine is necessary, or that it is risky because there hasn't been enough research done on it.

Here are a few steps to protect yourself agianst the flu virus:
1- Wash your hands frequently, especially after making contact with others such as being out in a public place or simply "shaking hands".

2- Get plenty of sleep. Between 6-8 hours a night is best. The body repairs itself best when it is resting.

3- Build your immune system by eating the best nutrient foods possible. Most of our food supply today is nutrient deficient because of the way it is grown and processed. Adding a daily nutritional supplement will help build your immune system to safeguard against viruses and other diseases. Be sure to take a product that is absorbed by the body. Most pills, capsules and tablets are NOT readily abosorbed by the body, therefore very little nutrient value is benefitted. If you're not sure what type of nutritional supplement to take, go to my website at www.nutritionbuildswellness.com and check out some of the products that WILL help your body build a strong immune system.
