"The most powerful element in the universe is compound interest" according to noted physicist Albert Einstein. He stated this from a scientific point of view that when you analyze it, compound interest is unequivocally powerful.
Think about it for a minute. What would you rather have, $1 million dollars upfront or 1 cent that doubles everyday for 30 days?
In business, leaders CANNOT do all of the necessary tasks to be successful. So they duplicate themselves by teaching/training others to master the skills to operate a company. The president at the top teaches his vice-presidents who teach their regional managers who teach their district managers who teach their department supervisors who teach their workers to do their jobs.
In any business, conventional or MLM, success is earned by teaching/training others to become successful. Failure is inevitable when leaders stop teaching/training others.
